HOT CUPPING
Hot Cupping is one of the TCM therapies with a history of thousands of years. It creates a negative pressure at specific areas by using cups attached to the skin, which promotes blood circulation and the flow of vital energy (Qi) to achieve therapeutic and health effects.
Benefits of hot cupping include:
✅ Promotes blood circulation:
Hot Cupping creates a negative pressure on the skin, expanding blood vessels, increasing blood circulation, accelerating metabolism, and helping the body eliminate waste and toxins.
✅ Relaxes muscles and alleviates pain:
Hot Cupping can relax tense muscles and relieve muscle pain and stiffness through the stimulation of negative pressure. It can also promote the absorption of inflammation and alleviate pain caused by inflammation.
✅ Relieves fatigue and stress:
Hot Cupping can promote deep relaxation, relieve physical and mental fatigue and stress, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall physical and mental well-being.
✅ Balance and Strengthen the Body
By using local heat stimulation and negative pressure attraction, cupping aims to expel cold and dampness, eliminate stagnation, detoxify, promote the flow of meridians, invigorate Qi and blood, and reduce swelling and pain. This helps in balancing the body and strengthening it.
✅ Improves respiratory system issues:
Hot Cupping can stimulate acupoints on the back and chest, promote the flow of vital energy and blood, and alleviate respiratory conditions such as cough and asthma.
✅ Boosts immune system:
Hot Cupping can stimulate acupoints and meridians, regulate immune system function, and enhance the body's resistance and immunity.
