5.2 In accordance with the Act:

(i) we may charge a reasonable fee for processing your request for access or correction; and

(ii) we may refuse to comply with your request for access or correction of your Personal Data as permitted by law, and if we do so, we will inform you of our refusal and the reasons for it.


 

6. Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Data

6.1 We will not share your Personal Data with third parties except in circumstances where such sharing is necessary as part of our regular business operations or to provide our services and support to you.

 

6.2 We may disclose your Personal Data to the following categories of third parties (which are not exhaustive) within or outside Malaysia:
